Associate Specialist, Client Service Solutions (CSS) Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS)

This role focuses on enhancing client relationships and optimizing operational effectiveness within Integrated Portfolio Solutions. You will serve as a primary liaison, managing Middle Office and Operational services to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

• Foster strong client partnerships and understand unique needs
• Coordinate operational partners to maintain deliverable control checklists
• Serve as a proactive point of contact for clients
• Develop understanding of client business processes and dependencies
• Manage key client projects and improve internal processes
• Minimum 5 years in trade operations, reconciliations, or hedge fund administration
