Staff Product Designer (Visual Design & Systems), Autonomous Recruiting

As a Staff Product Designer, you will set the visual direction and craft standards for a new AI-native product, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience. You will own the design system, define motion and interaction, and mentor other designers to raise the bar for the entire team. This role requires a strong visual design sensibility, excellent product thinking, and the ability to build from the ground up.

• Own visual and interaction quality for key product surfaces
• Lead and maintain the design system for the Employer team
• Define motion and micro-interactions for an AI product
• Raise design craft through reviews, pairing, and documentation
• Partner with product, engineering, and data to shape the experience
• 8+ years of product design experience with visual direction for B2B or prosumer products
