UX Researcher

Target is seeking a UX Researcher to join their product research team in Bangalore. You will support research and product teams throughout the research project lifecycle, executing usability studies, synthesizing findings, and crafting actionable insights for digital products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and improve retail experiences across web, app, and internal tools.

• Support research requests from scoping to synthesis
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers
• Work across digital tools including web, app, and internal systems
• Experience in UX Research for digital product teams or consumer/market research
