User Interface/User Experience Senior

Salesforce is seeking a Change Communications Lead to guide their organization's transformation to AI-native design and research. This role will build the messaging infrastructure for priority programs, shape how designers and researchers adopt AI-augmented workflows, and track the impact of these changes. You will design readiness frameworks, create audience-specific communications, and co-own behavior change initiatives.

• Co-define change impact for transformation programs with executive sponsors
• Build and run segmented readiness programs and track adoption
• Write audience-based communications for individual contributors and managers
• Co-own the end-to-end reinforcement system for programs
• 7+ years of experience in change management or communications
• Experience developing audience-segmented communication plans
