Product Designer

Care Access is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive digital experiences for participants and internal teams. You will translate complex health screening and research needs into clear, accessible product designs, working end-to-end from problem definition to delivery. This role involves hands-on design, prototyping, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.

• Design end-to-end digital experiences for participants and internal teams
• Translate complex health and research needs into intuitive product designs
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
• Apply and contribute to a living design system
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational stakeholders
• Participate in user research and synthesize feedback into design improvements
