- Support global research team with on-time publication of 100+ data forecasts
- Manage and implement changes to internal forecasting tools and processes
- Communicate request status and estimated completion dates to stakeholders
- Document user challenges and devise solutions, triaging issues
- Perform ad-hoc data manipulation, aggregation, cleansing, and analysis
- Collaborate with system development team for efficiency and quality improvements
