Lead Data Scientist

Lead Data Scientist to translate business problems into actionable insights using advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and big data technologies. You will be responsible for the full data science workflow, from data extraction and preparation to model development, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on generative AI applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing executive decisions.

• Translate business problems into actionable insights
• Full data science workflow: extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, EDA, model creation, tuning, deployment, monitoring
• Expertise in Python, ML packages (Spark, SciKitLearn, Pandas, PyTorch, Tensorflow)
• Proficiency in various ML algorithm categories including Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision
• Develop and implement generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers, RAG)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
