Join ING's Operational Performance Team as a Data Analyst to drive data-driven improvements within the COO domain. You will build data models, conduct deep-dive analyses, and provide key insights and predictions to senior stakeholders to enhance customer service and streamline operations.

• Design and develop statistical deep dive analysis on operational processes
• Provide strong visualizations and numerical insights
• Support reporting for ING group and management
• Identify requirements for high-quality automated data solutions
• Maintain daily dashboards and answer ad-hoc data requests
• Support junior data analysts and challenge current ways of working
