Sr Applied Data Scientist - Supply Chain Optimization

Target is seeking a Senior Applied Data Scientist to optimize their global supply chain. You will develop and deploy state-of-the-art predictive and prescriptive algorithms using machine learning and operations research. This role involves collaborating with engineers and business partners to automate and scale intelligent supply chain decisions.

• Develop and iterate on optimization and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy algorithms in production at scale
• Work with business partners to understand retail processes
• Formulate and implement mathematical models
• Write highly performant Python code and production datasets in SQL/Hive
