Data Scientist, Specialist

Vanguard is seeking a Data Scientist, Specialist to lead complex predictive modeling initiatives, from conception to deployment. This role involves deep analytics, data quality assurance, and mentoring junior team members. You will partner with leadership to translate business needs into analytical approaches and communicate findings effectively.

• Own end-to-end design, development, and execution of predictive modeling initiatives
• Lead diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
• Establish and enforce data quality standards for modeling
• Partner with senior leadership to develop hypotheses and translate requirements
• Guide research design, model evaluation, validation, and monitoring strategies
• Build reusable tools and frameworks for modeling efficiency
