Senior Scientist I - Analytics

Novartis is seeking a Senior Scientist in Mass Spectrometry to join their R&D unit in Mengeš, Slovenia. This hybrid role involves analyzing and characterizing biotherapeutic modalities using advanced MS techniques to support drug development. You will contribute to cell line development, upstream and downstream processing, and formulation studies.

• Analyze and characterize biological candidates by mass spectrometry
• Prepare and communicate analytical strategies and results
• Design and execute experiments, troubleshoot issues
• Author lab procedures and technology evaluations
• Process samples, interpret results, and document data
• Maintain equipment and implement new technologies
