Data Science Manager - Fraud

Lead a team focused on customer-facing data science and fraud product analytics at Plaid. You will define the team's roadmap, develop data scientists, and guide analytical methods and customer investigations to improve fraud products.

• Set 6-12 month roadmap with Product, Engineering, and GTM
• Define product metrics, data, reporting, and alerting practices
• Establish repeatable process for customer retrospectives and proofs of concept
• Identify fraud signals and product opportunities
• Review analytical designs, data models, code, and model evaluations
• Coach and develop data scientists
