DataOps - Lead Data Analyst

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will translate complex business needs and operational challenges into actionable data requirements and integrated solutions. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and DataOps Engineering, ensuring data investments align with measurable business outcomes through hands-on expertise in analysis, validation, and process improvement.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate needs into functional requirements
• Perform data discovery, profiling, and analysis to assess quality and fitness for purpose
• Define business semantics, data definitions, and transformation logic
• Validate engineered datasets, data products, and integrated solutions
• Identify opportunities for business process automation and optimization
• Develop analytical solutions and enable customer adoption of data products
