Senior Associate, Data Science & AI

Pfizer is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Global Commercial Analytics team in Mumbai. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, driving strategic decision-making for the commercial organization. You will be responsible for developing and deploying predictive models, segmentation strategies, and commercial analytics tools to support brand and therapeutic area objectives.

• Develop and deploy forecasting models using advanced statistical and ML techniques
• Implement customer/physician segmentation using clustering algorithms
• Build classification models to predict engagement and conversion
• Design and execute regression models to measure promotional effectiveness
• Develop ML pipelines for classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Work with large-scale pharma datasets and create interactive dashboards
