Data Services Analyst

Join HighRoads as a Data Services Analyst to enhance data integrity and provide clients with meaningful metrics and visualizations. You will be responsible for creating and supporting ETL pipelines, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with leadership to identify process improvements. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience with data analysis, and the ability to translate client requirements into technical plans.

• Design, implement, and expand data pipelines using ETL tools
• Maintain data integrity throughout data processing and storage
• Gather business requirements and perform end-to-end data analysis
• Author and maintain data mapping and process documentation
• Provide technical expertise on data models and database design
• Utilize SQL for data analysis and report writing
