Business Intelligence Analyst – Associate or Mid-Level

Boeing Defense, Space and Security is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop analytical tools for program performance visibility and data-driven decision-making. This role involves designing BI models, dashboards, and reports, cleaning data, developing ETL pipelines, and identifying KPIs. The position requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Design and develop Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics, and reports
• Combine programming, SQL, and business expertise for scalable BI solutions
• Perform data preprocessing and cleaning using SQL or other coding languages
• Develop ETL pipelines for high-quality data capture
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for program and functional performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives
