Business system data analyst

Join our global operations team as a PLM Operations Support Analyst to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes and systems. You will ensure operational excellence, maintain documentation, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with business, engineering, and IT teams worldwide.

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Aras PLM system
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
• Support master data management and governance activities
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements
• Create and execute test plans and UAT activities
