Data Scientist Lead

Lead Data Scientist to act as an internal business consultant, using data to solve problems and optimize operations for 17 million members. You will analyze large datasets, apply machine learning, and develop scalable analytical solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience. This hybrid role involves collaborating with stakeholders, communicating insights, and mentoring junior scientists.

• Solve business problems using data analysis and machine learning
• Pull, curate, and analyze data from enterprise platforms and cloud environments
• Apply statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive models
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead projects and mentor junior data scientists
