Data and Analytics Analyst - Data Governance and Reporting

As a Data and Analytics Analyst at Regions, you will transform data into actionable insights for operational and decision-making purposes. You will work with senior analysts and managers to interpret data, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure data quality and compliance with governance standards. This role involves data analysis, automation, database maintenance, and collaborating with the Data Governance team to implement best practices.

• Prepare valuable, readable, and presentable reports and visual presentations
• Interpret, analyze, and provide insights on operational impact and trends
• Perform data analysis to support automation and achieve data-driven decisions
• Ensure data compliance through quality audits, mining, and management
• Partner with Data Governance team to implement and support data quality requirements
• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
