Data Scientist Pulmonary Research

Join Mass General Brigham as a Data Scientist to support critical care research by managing and analyzing Electronic Health Records data. You will build and maintain a new data repository, collaborate with physicians and researchers, and apply machine learning techniques to study critical illness outcomes.

• Create and maintain databases in Snowflake using SQL
• Clean and manage data from EHRs using Python and R
• Apply machine learning and statistical methods to analyze clinical data
• Develop and evaluate predictive models and algorithms
• Collaborate with researchers on manuscripts and grant proposals
• Support integration into a critical care research consortium
