What we are looking for

Analyze large pharmacy datasets using SQL and statistical programming (R, Python, SAS)
Develop and maintain analytical frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards for medication access, adherence, and outcomes
Translate stakeholder questions into detailed analytic specifications
Work with PBM, client, member, drug, and pharmacy data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Evidence Development and BI Engineering
Ensure data privacy and governance requirements are met
