Data Scientist, Principal

We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist with AI expertise to design and scale enterprise decision intelligence systems. You will combine strategic thinking with deep AI knowledge to integrate predictive models, business logic, and generative AI into trusted, production-ready solutions. This role is key to our evolution into an AI-native company, embedding intelligence into products and decision workflows to help organizations move faster with confidence.

• Design enterprise decision intelligence systems combining predictive models, business rules, and generative AI
• Establish scalable decision modeling patterns for recommendations, risk scoring, and anomaly detection
• Define how contextual data is transformed into interpretable and explainable decision-ready intelligence
• Guide development of production-grade ML and generative AI solutions
• Build and evolve evaluation frameworks for decision quality
• 8+ years of experience delivering applied analytics, ML, or AI systems in production
