Associate Director, Data Analytics

Lead advanced analytics, measurement, and reporting solutions for clients and internal stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making. This role involves hands-on technical work with Python, SQL, and GCP, applying machine learning and generative AI to optimize marketing performance and investment. You will also mentor a team of analysts and contribute to capability development.

• Design and develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions
• Build automated analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
• Apply generative AI and agentic AI capabilities to automate reporting
• Develop statistical and machine learning models for marketing analytics
• Perform campaign performance analysis and media effectiveness measurement
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts
