Director, BI

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for a global workplace solutions company. This role involves defining the BI roadmap, overseeing the development of analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies, and partnering with business leaders to provide actionable insights. You will manage a team of BI professionals and data engineers, ensuring successful project delivery and compliance with IT standards.

• Lead enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives strategy and execution
• Partner with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders
• Define and manage the Business Intelligence roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and develop BI professionals and data engineers
• Design and deliver analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure
• Build executive dashboards and reporting solutions
