Senior Staff Data Scientist

Ripple is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead technical initiatives across its product and business portfolio. You will define the analytics vision, develop scientific frameworks for performance evaluation, and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics across the company. This role involves partnering with product and business leaders to address key questions, set analytical standards, and build reusable frameworks.

• Serve as DS tech lead across product and business teams, setting standards
• Partner with leads to define analytics strategy and success metrics
• Build scalable scientific frameworks for product and network health
• Pioneer AI-accelerated analytics using LLMs and agentic workflows
• Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth and causal drivers
• Define and communicate key metrics to leadership and stakeholders
