About this role
As a Data Analyst Intern at First American (India), you will be responsible for meeting key performance metrics and adhering to quality standards while processing assigned business tasks. You will analyze data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
What we are looking for
6- Process simple, medium, and high complexity tasks
- Create process-related reports within desired timeframes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement ideas
- Analyze data points for rule-based transactions
- Identify inaccuracies and incomplete data
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
