Senior Data Analyst

ALO is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with retail and e-commerce experience to generate actionable insights and influence decision-making through data storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch experiments, develop new metrics, and build reports from scratch. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and expertise in customer analytics to uncover performance opportunities and shape the company's digital and customer roadmap.

• Analyze business opportunities and customer engagement/behavior
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Data teams
• Design and launch experiments and A/B tests
• Develop new metrics and custom reports
• Build reports from scratch for new features and A/B tests
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and advise on leveraging analytics
