• Own the end-to-end adoption lifecycle for Data Science models
• Create Model Explainability Cards and adoption dashboards
• Design and coordinate adoption-focused A/B tests
• Build trusted relationships with business partners in Merchandising and Planning
• Redesign human-AI workflows for seamless model integration
• Train and coach business stakeholders on AI model interpretation
