Associate Scientist, Antibody Sciences

Immunome is seeking an Associate Scientist to manage high-throughput recombinant protein production, purification, and characterization. This role involves using analytical methods to support protein engineering and discovery, managing protein inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of lab experience in preclinical drug development.

• Manage high-throughput recombinant protein production, expression, and purification
• Execute analytical assays including SEC-UPLC, HIC-UPLC, DLS, and mass spectrometry
• Perform BLI-based binding assays
• Maintain recombinant antibody and protein inventory
• Collaborate with biology, chemistry, pharmacology, and translational medicine teams
• Document experimental procedures and results in electronic lab notebooks
