Data Analyst, Service & Repair

This role focuses on analyzing operational, financial, and customer data to enhance service performance, repair efficiency, and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze service and repair operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations
• Analyze technician performance and resource allocation
• Validate, clean, and maintain large datasets from various systems
• Perform financial analysis related to service costs and profitability
