Senior Reporting Analyst (must have Sigma experience)

Coursera is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to lead their enterprise reporting strategy and manage the Sigma business intelligence platform. This role involves partnering with business leaders to define success metrics, develop standardized reporting, and establish best practices for data analysis and visualization. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Sigma across the organization, enabling self-service capabilities and reducing reliance on manual reporting.

• Lead enterprise reporting strategy and Sigma BI platform
• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Develop reporting frameworks for root cause analysis
• Architect scalable data models in Sigma
• Drive adoption of Sigma through training and best practices
