Senior Program Lead, Finance Data Governance 

Lead the rollout of TJX Finance's Data Governance program across North America. This role focuses on driving adoption, facilitating discussions, and guiding teams through change, rather than deep technical expertise. You will coordinate rollout activities, lead workshops, and ensure initiatives stay on track by partnering with various Finance functions and leadership.

• Serve as the Finance lead for the North America Data Governance rollout
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and adoption materials
• Lead working sessions to assess current state and align on governance areas
• Partner with Enterprise Data & Analytics for alignment with TJX vision
• Build strong relationships with Finance stakeholders across multiple levels
• Own day-to-day progress of the Finance rollout and track progress
