Senior Director, Data Science

Lead the next wave of disruption at Capital One by developing agentic AI products that transform engineering and business operations. You will define AI strategy, design and build cutting-edge ML models, and guide C-suite leadership with data-driven insights to unlock significant business value.

• Design and build AI/ML models for agentic AI products
• Define long-term strategy and analyze impact across the ecosystem
• Own the science guiding AI products, including experiment design and telemetry analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and architects
• Influence senior leaders on model strategy, business use, and risks
• Shape the practice of building machine learning models from design to implementation
