Lead Analyst Data Analytics

Empower is seeking a Lead Analyst, Data Analytics to build and advance reporting and analytics capabilities for financial services products. This hands-on role involves partnering with business and product teams to understand needs, design and develop reporting solutions from the ground up, and own analytical initiatives end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data analysis skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to work independently to deliver impactful insights.

• Partner with business and product teams to define reporting needs
• Lead design and development of new reporting and analytics
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools
• Own analytical initiatives from concept to delivery
• Develop reporting to identify opportunities and measure business outcomes
