Sr Director Analyst Total Rewards and Workforce Cost Modeling (REMOTE US)

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst to lead research and provide insights on enterprise cost management, workforce modeling, and labor market trends. This remote role involves analyzing total rewards, compensation, and benefits to guide clients, particularly CHROs, in making strategic decisions. You will produce pragmatic and provocative insights, engage with clients, and demonstrate thought leadership in the field.

• Analyze enterprise and workforce cost conditions including total rewards and compensation
• Forecast and model large scale cost initiatives like healthcare and compensation design
• Derive new insights from proprietary and public data sets for CHROs
• Demonstrate thought leadership in enterprise labor/talent costs and labor market trends
• Advise clients virtually or face-to-face on talent analytics and labor modeling
• Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings
