Lead a team of data scientists in the design and execution of cutting-edge LLM training and fine-tuning projects. You will oversee dataset preparation, develop innovative training workflows, and establish robust evaluation frameworks to ensure model quality and performance. This role requires a strong technical background in LLMs and PyTorch, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams.

• Lead LLM training and fine-tuning projects
• Oversee high-quality training dataset preparation
• Develop and optimize fine-tuning workflows (SFT, PEFT)
• Establish evaluation frameworks for LLM performance
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists
• Partner with product and engineering for model deployment
