Data Analyst Lead

As a Data Analyst Lead, you will be instrumental in advancing our analytics capabilities by transforming complex enterprise, supply chain, and manufacturing data into actionable insights. You will architect and build scalable data pipelines and models, implement software engineering best practices in analytics, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver high-impact data products that drive operational efficiency and growth.

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines and dimensional models
• Implement software engineering best practices within analytics (Git, CI/CD, code reviews)
• Standardize business definitions and curate the enterprise semantic layer
• Lead modern analytics engineering practices and advanced SQL techniques
• Partner with business unit leaders to translate requirements into robust data models
• Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and self-service datasets in Power BI
