Senior BI Analyst

Torc Robotics is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join their Technology Operations team. This role will focus on expanding BI data analytics and financial reporting capabilities to provide visibility and support decision-making within the Technology organization. You will translate business goals into dashboards and data models, analyze complex datasets, and leverage SQL and Python to uncover insights and enhance reporting.

• Develop and implement solutions to monitor and improve business performance
• Define, instrument, and maintain new and existing business KPIs
• Build automation for scalable business performance insights
• Create user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or other BI tools
• Ensure data quality through documentation and auditing
• Answer complex business questions using SQL queries and Python notebooks
