Data Quality Analyst

Watts is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of their data assets. This role involves data profiling, validation, cleansing, and developing data quality metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and support data governance initiatives. The position is hybrid, based in North Andover, MA.

• Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards
• Collaborate with functional business groups to address data issues
• Automate data quality checks where possible
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience
