Senior Analyst, Data Quality

Perceptive is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Quality to ensure the integrity and accuracy of pre-clinical data. This role involves leading the QC Analyst team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing data review processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree with several years of experience in imaging or pharmaceutical project management, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of pre-clinical data
• Provide leadership and guidance to the QC Analyst team
• Collaborate with Project Management, Image Analysis, Lab, and Study Director teams
• Implement best practices in quality control and data review
• Identify QC bottlenecks and streamline/automate manual QC workflows
• Contribute to SOPs and internal guidelines for quality control
