Business Intelligence and Data Reporting Analyst

Zayo is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Reporting Analyst to enhance our fiber network operations through robust reporting and analytics. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-driven reports to provide critical insights into network data quality, inventory, and operational trends. This role involves close collaboration with various engineering and operations teams to meet reporting needs and drive data-informed decision-making.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create SQL-driven analytical outputs
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
• Support operational, data quality, and business intelligence reporting
• Analyze network data for inventory accuracy and operational trends
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
