Principal Data Scientist

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This senior technical leader will define analytical standards, shape technical direction for key initiatives, and apply expertise in statistics, machine learning, and causal inference to complex business problems. The role involves hands-on work on novel projects, mentorship, and influencing cross-functional teams to unlock greater value from data and AI investments.

• Define and evolve analytical methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Shape the analytical roadmap and identify high-value opportunities
• Lead the design and execution of novel, high-complexity analyses
• Establish standards for statistical analysis, experimentation, and causal inference
• Define technical standards for predictive modeling and machine learning lifecycle management
• Partner with senior leaders to translate ambiguous challenges into analytical programs
