Data Scientist (Applied AI – Performance Management)

Leidos is seeking an Applied Data Scientist to leverage AI and data science for performance improvement on a critical Navy program. You will analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities, enhance plans of action, and drive a proactive, code-first approach to performance management. This remote role involves close collaboration with diverse teams and building reusable AI capabilities.

• Apply AI and data science to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement code-first analyses for automated opportunity discovery
• Use AI to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of performance action plans
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions
• Build reusable data science and AI methods to enhance team capabilities
• Communicate complex analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
