Data Analyst III Healthcare Analytics

As a Data Analyst III, you will analyze complex healthcare datasets to drive critical business decisions and improve member outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify value, develop solutions, and deliver insights that reduce care costs and enhance clinical results. • Analyze integrated datasets including claims, provider, member, and encounters
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL, Excel, or other tools
• Interpret data trends and perform root-cause analysis of irregularities
• Partner cross-functionally to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts
• Experience with SAS is highly preferred
