Senior HCM Analytics & BI Developer

CACI is seeking a Senior HCM Analytics & BI Developer for a federal modernization initiative involving Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This remote role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to provide real-time workforce insights and compliance reporting for government leadership and HR stakeholders.

• Develop OTBI analyses and dashboards for workforce metrics
• Build BIP reports for EHRI submissions and compliance
• Create OAC dashboards with predictive analytics
• Configure HCM Extracts for data pipelines
• Produce visualizations and exploration tools for organizational hierarchy
• Develop DEIA, MD-715, FEVS, and accountability framework reporting

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
