About this role
As a Sr. BI Analyst, you will be the key liaison between business teams, clients, and BI Engineering, translating reporting needs into actionable dashboards and reports. You will focus on requirements gathering, data validation, and visualization development using Tableau and SQL, ensuring the accuracy and impact of our patient services program analytics.
What we are looking for
6- Gather and document reporting requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients
- Validate data accuracy and integrity using SQL for reporting and dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with BI Engineers to define data needs and enhancements
- 5+ years of BI/analytics experience with strong Tableau and SQL skills
- Experience in healthcare analytics or regulated industries is a plus
