Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist on Zoom's Online business team, you will leverage machine learning and statistical modeling to understand user behavior and predict buying intent. You will build predictive models, run experiments, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and marketing partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving between exploratory analysis and production-ready models, directly shaping user outcomes at scale.

• Analyze large datasets to identify user behavior and buying journey trends
• Build and validate predictive models and ML algorithms
• Design and execute A/B tests and translate findings into business recommendations
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• 2+ years of experience building consumer-facing ML models
