HR Data Analyst (Contract)

Airbus is seeking a contract HR Data Analyst in Herndon, VA, to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to solve HR-related business problems. You will extract, analyze, and present data-driven insights through dashboards and reports, developing hypotheses and using rigorous analytical approaches to tell compelling data stories. This role requires a versatile individual with strong problem-solving skills to help transform the future of HR at Airbus.

• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources
• Perform large-scale data analysis using mathematical and statistical methods
• Identify actionable insights and influence business direction
• Build data visualizations and dashboards
• Utilize tools like Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models
