Data Science Manager

Lead data science initiatives within Pfizer's Global Commercial Analytics team, driving data-driven decision-making for the commercial organization. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to address key business questions using advanced analytics and provide insights on performance and customer understanding.

• Develop and implement secondary data analysis on marketing and field force promotional efforts
• Solve unstructured business problems using novel analytical projects
• Execute statistical and data mining techniques on large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives
• Utilize Python, SQL, and R for analysis and communication of results
• Hands-on coding and experimental work
