Data Analyst - Safety, Health and Environment

Unilever is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Technician to enhance SHE reporting through data governance, digitization, and automation. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, enabling data-driven decisions, and reducing manual effort by implementing digital solutions. You will act as a subject-matter expert for SHE reporting systems, partnering with various teams to improve data capture, validation, visualization, and usage.

• Own end-to-end SHE reporting for Safety and Environmental metrics
• Ensure compliance with Global SHE standards and reporting requirements
• Act as site focal point and expert in SHE reporting systems
• Lead digitization and automation of SHE reporting processes
• Design and maintain automated data flows, dashboards, and alerts
• Analyze SHE KPIs and data quality signals for proactive risk management
